Almost. The robot ships ~95% assembled — the only step on your end is fastening the large screws for the top two racks of the IKEA trolley. This keeps the shipping box small and shipping costs low. Only if you want fully on-device inference. The Robot Only version runs everything through the MakerMods cloud or a tethered laptop.
We can't ship lithium batteries internationally. XLeRobot is designed for the Lenovo Fluxo — pick one up on Amazon or a local retailer.

No. It runs vanilla LeRobot. The MakerMods app is the easy path, not the only path.
It's a deliberate design choice — proven workspace volume, swappable trays for tooling, and it folds into a corner. The cart is the platform.
